Lisa T is becoming well known for her wellbeing knowledge. She is hugely passionate about supporting people with their mental health. Having recently trained as a Mindfulness Teacher and Mental Health First Aider, she has secured a regular slot as a Wellbeing Specialist on BBC Radio Stoke ‘Mindful Mornings with Lisa T’ where she supports listeners with their mental health by sharing a wellbeing tip each week.

Belles and Gals

Belles and Gals, who support female musicians in the country music industry, have also recently asked Lisa to join their team to help fellow musicians with their mental wellbeing. You can see their introduction here!

Wellbeing Talks

Lisa is due to carry out some wellbeing talks for actors and actresses  at Claybody Theatre later in the year.
